Despite all the bad, today was so good

I left the house around 9:15, got Starbucks and breakfast and then when to work until 5. Straight from work I went to the gym where I made a personal record doing about 4 miles :) then I came home, had a healthy dinner, learned The Gambler on the keys (one of my favorite songs), showered, trimmed my bangs and whitened my teeth. Needless to say, I feel amazing right now. Did I mention I had some amazing conversations today with friends in Dallas as well? Oh, and the weather was PERFECT. So despite the shit hole I’m stuck in, I had a fantastic day :)
